A Swedish private investor that’s building a truly global equity portfolio. My focus is on small family-owned companies with low valuations, competitive advantages and very strong finances. I look all over the world but only invest in democracies. The portfolio includes companies from Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Greece and Lithuania. The vast majority of the companies are (to us) unknown market leaders that dominate their home markets.
